Our Story
Optrex AI was founded by Smaran Ranjit, an engineer turned AI builder and entrepreneur, with a vision to democratize access to real AI systems. After years of consulting, engineering, and building in the AI and automation space, Smaran saw a recurring theme — most small and mid-sized businesses were left behind in the AI revolution.
With a deep understanding of business workflows and technical systems, he started Optrex AI to solve that problem head-on — creating powerful AI agents and automations that slot directly into business operations, replacing manual tasks and scaling outreach, sales, and support.
Today, Optrex AI serves clients across restaurants, real estate, manufacturing, and marketing, with a growing suite of custom AI solutions.
